Scientists identified significant benefits for cardiovascular fitness, strength, athleticism, motor skills, coordination, flexibility, mobility and balance, as well as exercise self-efficacy and endurance. Similarly, Combat Ju-jutsu supports functional fitness, including balance, walking speed and strength, making it particularly beneficial for older populations.
