About the classes:
Hot & warm vinyasa classes are practiced at the temperature 37°-38° celcius. The flows are based on slow movements with breath while at the same time challenging & enhancing your balance, strength & focus. Very variable & creative flows to make sure you keep evolving in your own self practice & accessible for all levels, beginners & advanced.
Aerial yoga classes are practiced on the Yoga Trapeze by Yoga Body Naturals. The class is built up by starting on a warm up where we prepare our joints & muscles for further strengthening & movement, standing balances that increase focus & balance, upper body strength & core work - either on the mat or upside down, stretches & yummy backbends. Each class varies in difficulty level and therefore is accessible for all difficulty levels.
Benefits of practicing upside down: Increased blood flow throughout the body, reduces stress levels & increases overall feeling of happiness, stretches the spine while strengthening the key muscles that hold our body up through out our daily life amongst many others!
Fit Flow Fly classes are dedicated to the yogis that want more. In these classes we go through a series of arm balances mixed together with vinyasa flows & handstands. Every arm balance is taken in steps from 1 to 4 which makes them very accessible for any yogi with a regular practice to take part in. These classes are listed as advanced but if even if you're a beginner yogi who's curious about what we can do to elevate our regular practice, these classes are for you.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat 🥰
