Aldís Arna has years of experience in management, administration, coaching, economics, international relations and investigative specalist at the office of Iceland’s Special Prosecutor. Aldís Arna has passion for healthy lifestyle, human relations, communication, human trust and coaching. She loves people and her wish is that you become the best version of yourself and live every moment. Life is always worth it! Her motto in life is: If you're not making somebody's elses life better, then you're wasting your time (from Will Smith). Aldís Arna is an avid digital detoxer and has set herself a particular time of the day for answering e-mail and other messages in order to spend more time with her family and give her work and project full attention. Sigurður Guðmundsson is Aldís Arna’s husband, co-founder of Coldspot and the Head of Sports & Leisure at the company. Sigurður, or Siggi, is a sports-nut and enthusiastic about peoples health and well-being. He was born in Hvanneyri in Borgarfjörður and loves West Iceland. Sigurður has a B.Sc. degree in sports, teaching and public health and is a former champion in swimming. He is a longtime director of all sorts of sporting events cross-country. Aldís Aðalbjarnardóttir is Aldís Arna’s mother and Sigurður’s mother-in-law. She is Head of Travel Planning & Guidance and co-founder of Coldspot. She is a fan of Iceland #1 and has been a guide for foreign guests for more than two decades and still enjoys it every single day. Aldís has passion for Iceland, the country, its culture and history. Aldís has been a teacher for more than 40 years and does travel guidance in German and English.
