Feeling worthless as a result of having been betrayed/cheated on?

I spoke with someone recently that described a situation where they where “ghosted” by a person they had a romantic interest in.

This person I spoke with, had worked up the courage to talk to someone they found attractive, got their number and exchanged texts, but then abruptly, all communication ceased.

It made them feel worthless.

After enquiring a bit, the story came out about a former spouse cheating and divorcing them.

It made this person feel worthless.

After enquiring some more, this person had an upbringing where their voice was never heard and their emotions never acknowledged.

It made them feel worthless.

In terms of energy, our thoughts i.e. the words we use in our mind and the pictures that we create in our mind, associated with those words, will emit a frequency. This frequency is our “radio station”.

The frequency we send out will attract “music” or experiences that match our frequency.

If you are sending out worthlessness, you will ultimately attract people, situations, opportunities or conversations that trigger that same feeling “I am worthless”.

The real work to be done, is to change the words and pictures in your mind, this is done by changing the meaning of the events that happened to you growing up.

When the meaning has been changed, you can start to believe different things about yourself, such as:

“I am worthy” “I am enough” “what I want is available to me”

When you feel worthy and enough, you will attract different scenrios into your life and talking to someone who then “ghosts you” will no longer trigger a feeling of worthlessness.

In stead, you will underatand that this persons behavior is about them, not you and you will move on with ease.
