* Hanshi Steve Arneil, 9th Dan - Kyokushin Kai Karate (IFK)
Founder of Kiokushin Kai Karate in Europe achieved got his black belt 1st Dan directly from Sosai Oyama in 1961 after two years day and night effort in Henbo/Japan. Then after 6 months, as his coach's will, Sosai Oyama, he attended 100 in committees and achieved to The First 100 fights fighter in the world karate history which was a new
tradition from that time on. Among his qualifications, he was the first one who had been allowed to publish Kata book by Sosai. He is also inventor of Keliker, semi fight without touching the partner, which was a real promoting change in karate history. To respect his master/step father Sosai Oyama, Hanshi Arneil has never worn over 9th Dan black belt. He is now the most prominent master in Kyokushin Kai Karate (IFK) world.
* Manouchehr Vahidi the Black Belt, 6th Dan (International IFK Organization) & 7th Dan (Iranian Karate Federation IKF) - Kyokushin Kai Karate (IFK)
Born in 1948 Tehran, Iran started volleyball at the age of ten. During high school he had been the country champion twice while playing as team captain. At the age of eighteen joined the navy and was one the first men to be hired as a frogman and played volleyball in the navy national team. He also practiced Shotokan Karate for a short period of time. In 1973, with the birth of Kyokushin karate (IKO 1), he was one of the first joiners to practice this style. In 1980, was elected as head council of Kyokushin Referees in Iran. Also, he was the first person to give referee lessons for this style. In 2001, was introduced as the best European referee. In 1986, got an invitation from Turkey’s Karate Federation to get familiar with (Ashihara) and became the representative of that style in Iran. with the death of Sosia Oyama (osu) he joined the International Federation of Karate (IFK) by an invitation from Turkey's Karate federation and went to England. He successfully passed a course under the supervision of Hanshi Steve Arneil (Head of IFK) in only two months. Therefore, Shihan Vahidi was chosen to be the first representative of IFK in Iran. Since the beginning of 2004, He has started popularizing this style in most cities of Iran (Tehran, Mashhad, Yazd, Kerman, Sirjan etc.) Also, hundreds of his Cey tou (students) who are holding black belts are practicing and teaching Karate in Iran and abroad.
