We are honored to host one of the few Kurdish BJJ Black Belts, Mohamed “The Kurdish Viking”, for a special seminar organized by the Suly MMA Federation.
This seminar is especially important as we prepare for our first Submission Grappling Competition on 12/12.

This seminar will provide a valuable introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for MMA, focusing on essential concepts and applied techniques for competitive success.
Topics include:
• BJJ fundamentals specifically for MMA
• Mindset: Training vs. Competition
• Technical concepts, setups, and transitions
• Positional sparring and practical application

We welcome and invite everyone to attend.
This is an important opportunity for the MMA community in Slemani to learn, grow, and sharpen skills ahead of competition.
