Dear gym members
As per new govt.guidelines most of the sectors of city including gym will be closed after 6 p.m from today, so here is to notify that gym will be open from 5 a.m to 6 p.m without any break.
All members are requested to adjust their gym timings accordingly.

Stay safe.. stay healthy.. stay sanitized.

Dear gym members
Its a good news for gym enthusiasts that after a long time gym are being opened from 5th august...but govt. guidelines/rules are to be strictly followed:

1. Only medically fit ( no temp.,no cough cold or other corona symptoms)persons are allowed to enter the gym.

2. Social distancing has to be maintained..maximum 15 members at a time for 1 hour.

3. Sanitize ur hands before entering the gym or using any gym equipmemt.

4. Members have to bring their own towel,yoga mat and water bottles.

5. Only one entry/day will be allowed.

Stay clean..stay safe..stay healthy.
