Before and after weight : 85 kgs to 76.3 kgs

Ashutosh has been strength training for 5 years on and off. What Ashutosh was looking for a guidance in nutrition which will help in better relationship with food and consistency with his workouts.

During the coaching process Ashutosh learnt how to build sustainable habits around food, even between his demanding corporate job and travel.

The biggest shift for him was learning to eat in a way that fueled his body without feeling restricted.

I helped him balance his meals, stay consistent, and find the right balance between enjoying food and staying on track to achieve the set goals.

Story of a mini cut ft. chai rusk

First of all want to highlight the fact that this is difference is just from a 1kg weight loss in one month

If you have seen my previous posts, I am always a big promoter of “focusing on performance goals and physique goals will follow” and this time too the strategy was to enhance performance in push ups, pull ups, L sit holds and handstands.

Therefore in the previous block I ate well around & slightly above maintenance and did a mix of hypertrophy and strength program so that I have good muscle base for the next block of training that can be transitioned into skill improvement.

Once I felt I have achieved the milestone and additional body mass felt like a dead weight interfering with my performance I took a mini cut just by creating 200 cals deficit and added rusk with tea in my plan to keep things interesting 😁

All of the above tells us one thing that knowledge is powerful tool and learning about nutrition is one such tool that instead of making us restricted is more liberating than you think

Apni meethi meethi baaton mein fasanke apne senior mentees ka pehle protein intake badhwati hu and lift karne ki adat dalwaake unka unka fat loss karwati hu. Aisa karne mein muje bahut maza aata hai aur iska fayda toh aap dekh hi skate ho.😎

Isi baat pe shout out to my mentee Mrs Sneha Idnani who lost 15kgs (85.7 to 70.3kgs) while having a full time job. She resides in Mumbai where she gets up at 6 am come back at home after 9 pm and still managed all her meals and plus workouts on weekends and sometimes on weekdays too.

So so inspired by her dedication. 😇🙏🏻
