Too tired. Too busy. Too cold.
But think back to every run you almost skipped — and did anyway.
You never regretted it.

Hi everyone,

We have successfully completed the Simhachalam Giripradakshina with walking, and it took around 8 hours. 🙏🚶‍♂️

What I’ve realized through this experience is that walking brings everyone together — children, adults, and seniors alike. We stayed united throughout the journey, walking side by side and finishing together as a team. 👫👬👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

But with jogging, this unity isn’t always possible — people end up scattered, with big gaps in between.

So from now on, I’ll plan long walking events every 3–4 months, so that anyone — from kids to elderly — can comfortably join and complete the journey together.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you who joined me, trusted me, and completed the Simhachalam Giripradakshina. 💖🙏

A Thought Turned Into Reality!

Back in 2017, I had a thought — along with gym and marathon training, we should also start including sports.

That thought became reality in 2024 when we introduced badminton, and the journey has been going strong ever since.

On April 16th, 2025, we added Box Cricket to our sports family!

This is just the beginning — many more sports will be part of this journey in the future.

A big thank you to everyone who believed in me, joined the sports group, and played with full spirit till now. Let's continue this journey together!

Many organizers prioritize numbers over the real essence of running, which can dilute the event’s impact.

One way to counter this is by setting higher standards for marathon organization. Here are some thoughts:

*1. Stay true to the cause –* Every marathon starts with a purpose, whether it's fitness awareness, charity, or a social cause. Organizers should ensure their actions align with their original mission instead of just making it a numbers game.

*2. Focus on training, not just participation –* Instead of pushing registrations, running clubs should create training programs to guide new runners. A well-prepared 10K or half-marathon runner is more valuable than hundreds of untrained 3K participants.

*3. Balance between crowd and quality –* Short-distance races (3K, 5K) help introduce new people to running, but they shouldn't overshadow the half and full marathons. Long-distance running requires patience and consistency, and organizers should invest in growing this base.

*4. Sustainable event management –* Instead of single-use paper cups and plates, marathons should adopt eco-friendly practices like refill stations, reusable cups to reduce waste.

If you’re organizing or influencing a marathon in Vizag, implementing these principles could set a great example for others.

Throughout my education—during my intermediate and B.Tech—I had many teachers, but he was the only one who truly inspired me. From him, I learned an important lesson: *always do your job sincerely and correctly, regardless of what others think*.

At the age of 28, when I started my gym, I realized that the only person who had truly done his job the right way was my school principal *Satyanarayana sir. Inspired by him, I continue to train others with sincerity, believing that the most important thing is to always do your job the right way."**

I’ve been working towards a big dream: creating a community of 23,000 marathon participants. To achieve this, I’ve been gathering support and funds from our members, and I’m thrilled to share that some of these funds were used to support Sekhar, Sunil, and Mahesh, who successfully completed an incredible 160 km border run. We contributed ₹10,000 each of them to their journey, knowing their experience will be invaluable in guiding and inspiring new runners. This isn’t just about individual achievements; it’s about all of us coming together as a team, helping one another, and sharing the same vision. Every step—whether running, contributing, or cheering—brings us closer to this shared goal. Together, we’re building something amazing!
