Main goal : The Vikram Fitness Rack is one of the unique modern day gyms. The workout routine in the fitness center is helpful for the all types of people irrespective of age and gender. The primary motive of the fitness is to master in the basic form of exercises such as 50 pushup (in one set), 15 pull-ups (in one set) and 10km , 21.1km, 42.2km running. It is providing both gym sessions and online workout sessions. Within the given budget you can rent or buy the fitness equipment too . Training :
* Bodyweight workouts* Strength workouts.

* Outdoor Running ( Marathon training).
* Outdoor Cycling. Membership fees ( including training) :

Workout 4 days a week / fee 1500 Rs per month
Workout 5 days a week / 2000 Rs per month
Workout 7 days a week / 2500 Rs per month

I would like to sincerely thank all my gym members who have supported me throughout this incredible fitness journey. 🙏

Whenever I needed your support, you were always there for me. Because of your trust, encouragement, and support, I have been able to complete 12 successful years in the fitness industry.

Hi everyone,

Whether you practice yoga, do strength training, or play any sport, walking and running are common activities that benefit everyone. Anyone can participate in a long walk or run with proper preparation.

A few of our members who regularly play badminton for fitness also participated in the Simhachalam Giri Pradakshina and successfully completed the 32 km walk. Congratulations to all of them on this wonderful achievement! 👏🎉

Participating in the Kakinada Marathon was a wonderful experience. 🏃‍♂️
Some people participated individually, some with their families, and others with friends. Each group had its own energy and motivation.
One thing I noticed is that whenever we travel or stay together as a group, we get more time to interact with others. These moments help us share experiences, encourage each other, and build meaningful connections beyond the event itself.
Events like this are not only about running a marathon but also about the joy of togetherness, conversations, and creating lasting memories.
Grateful to be part of such a positive and energetic atmosphere at the Kakinada Marathon.

Kakinada Marathon was truly a wonderful experience for our team! 🏃‍♂️✨

We started our journey with the blessings of Sri Satyanarayana Swamy at the beautiful Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Temple in Annavaram. We had a peaceful darshan, received annaprasadam, and then headed to Kakinada full of positive energy to participate in the marathon.

The best part? We managed the entire trip — travel, stay, food, and registration — within just ₹2000 per head using public transport!

Now, we’re excited to plan more marathon trips outside Visakhapatnam as a group — traveling together, staying together, eating together, and running together — all within a reasonable budget.

A few years ago, I received feedback from some of my gym members that they felt bored with traditional gym workouts and outdoor running. To make fitness more enjoyable and engaging, I decided to include sports as part of our training programs.
