lass athletes.Bring your shoes along to trail train at our facility and to feel the difference.The gym also has other additions such as "kids zone" the first gym to sport one,Boxing,Self defence,Plyometric training,Battle ropes,Tyre-Sledge hammer,Meditation lounge,Protein bar,Recreation Arena.
