Since then we have been conducting regular runs on beach road for women and girl children.

Hey! Come and join us in this festival of Ninety Days of Fitness. In this, You can do any activity for min 20 min (preferably 30 min), be it
- running
- walking
- gym
- Aerobics
- cycling
- swimming
- dance
- yoga
- games
- even walking for groceries count
all you have to do is finish the activity everyday and post @ www.tarblazers.com for you to keep a log of your activity and for us to keep track of participants. Posting in website is mandatory. (However, posting of pics/videos/stats in NDOF whats app group is optional) This website can be used as a life time journal of your fitness activities and it is absolutely free.
- All those who participate for, 60/75 days will get a free Medal
- Further, Min 75/90 days participation will get you a finisher certificate

Dear runners,
We extend a warm welcome to you for the run along with best wishes for a very happy Bhogi, Sankranti and Kanuma.

These are also the last 2 days to register. So hurry and join in your local city Ultra!

The 3rd edition of Fluentgrid Vizag Ultra is scheduled on 21 January 2024 from 4 AM to 4PM. The Start/Finish point is at Anmol Villa, which is right next to Palm Beach hotel (behind the open air gym on beach road). Anmol Villa (ATR Group) on Google Maps

The start times are as follows:-

75k /50k 0400 0430
25k 0430 0500
10k 0500 0530
5k/3k 0530 0600

Bib collection will be at the same venue on 20 January 2024 from 11am to 6.30pm. Soft copy of registration email and aadhar is required as id proof. You can depute a rep for collection. In such a case, hardcopy of your registration email, aadhar card self attested and authorisation letter is required. Aadhar of person collecting is to be mentioned in the authority letter. Same will be checked prior handing over bib.
Online registration will close on 16 Jan. Thereafter spot registration on 20 Jan, may be available depending on availability of medals.

Age categories
There are four age categories - first 3 in ladies and gents will be podium finishers
below 35 years
35-45
45-55
and above 55 years

All podium finishers will get a memento and some goodies and vouchers. There are no cash prizes.
