Also, there is no exact amount or right figures, its always best to consume at thorough intervals of the day as it is also proven to aid in - Constipation, Urinary Tract Infection, Kidney Stones and Skin Hydration.

So, stay hydrated and do not forget to consume water during your workout sessions.
