Taurus Sports Foundation Taurus Club - Fitness of the body and of the mind Taurus Combat Club is a COMPLETE mixed martial arts gym. Come in and try out any of our classes for FREE!

Our instructor Prashant has experience for more than 8 years in striking, takedowns/takedown defense, ground fighting and submissions. You want to be a professional fighter, learn self-defense, or just get in shape, The Taurus Combat Club will ensure that you get the best training and fitness available. We specialize in:

• Stand-up fighting with punches, elbows, knees and kicks and also defending

and avoiding these strikes.

• The ability to take your opponent to the ground and defend against being taken down.

• Controlling your opponent on the ground and finishing the fight with strikes and submissions as well as getting back up to your feet.

• Getting your body in supreme, physical shape.
