We have started online CardioLoop classes two days a week.
CardioLoop training is resistance band step aerobics with music.
It is *not* weight lifting or strength exercises. It is fun dancing with loops and bands on the tunes of music.
It’s developed by me and registered as a tredamark.
Currently some 40 trainers are certified to train their clients.
Information:
Days: Wednesday (11am) and Sunday (7am)
Duration: 45 to 60 minutes
Fees: ₹1000/month
No previous experience required
