🧘‍♀️योग जीवन जीने की कला है, आज की दौड़ भाग की जिंदगी में हम जीने की कला को भूलते जा रहे हैं ऊपर से करोना महामारी का डर और इसके प्रकोप से मनुष्य निराशा की तरफ बढ़ता जा रहा है, योग एकमात्र ऐसा साधन है जिससे हम शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के साथ-साथ मन और मस्तिष्क को भी सुदृढ़ बना सकते हैं
योग भारत की प्राचीन पद्धति है कहीं ना कहीं हम इससे दूर होते जा रहे थे प्रकृति ने फिर से अपने आप को जोड़ने का प्रयत्न किया है अगर हम सकारात्मक सोचें तो कोरोना के द्वारा , जो योग से जुड़ा रहा आसन प्राणायाम ध्यान के द्वारा वह व्यक्ति कोरोना से प्रभावित नहीं हुआ तो आइए हमारे शरीर की शक्तियों को बढ़ाएं और एक स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए योग को अपनाएं
