✨ Forward bends gently quiet the nervous system, reduce mental fatigue, and invite you inward. They are perfect when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.

✨ Back bends expand the chest, improve breathing capacity, boost confidence, and awaken your energy. They are ideal when you’re feeling sluggish, low in mood, or lacking motivation.

The beauty of yoga lies in listening to what your body truly needs today not forcing it into what it needed yesterday.
