Arogya Yoga Kendra Arogya Yoga Kendra, a unit of Arogya Care Foundation, is committed to enhancing health and wellness through Yoga. Consisting of the following 10 members.

Join our vibrant community for yoga classes, wellness initiatives, and enriching events. We were always interested in Yoga right from childhood, we started to practice Yoga from a very early age while carrying on with our normal lives. Things started to take a professional turn from the year 2015, when we started a ten member Yoga Team and started calling ourselves as โ€œArogya Yoga Teamโ€. Arogya Yo

ga Team now started to perform at various School, College functions. We also got to perform on religious and cultural events. On 2016 one of our members got selected for National Yoga Championship under Yoga Federation of India, held at Ranchi. All this events and opportunity provided us with much needed love and appreciation. We were now been specially called to perform at events and functions. Individuals, schools and organizations started approaching us for teaching Yoga to others. We then reorganised and renamed our self to Arogya Yoga Kendra, and started taking classes for Yoga. We started with about 30 Students in 2017 and today at 2022 we have 320 students. There are 80 players form AYK who have played at State Level Championship under Assam Yoga Association and 18 players who have played at the National Level under Yoga Federation of India. We also have two qualified and recognized National Yoga Referee. Nine of our students were also awarded Diploma in Yoga by Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University. On 2019 we attained a new milestone by registering as a NGO. โ€œArogya Care Foundationโ€ was registered as a NGO under S.R Act, XXI of 1860,and also under NITI Aayog, Govt. of India, Arogya Yoga Kendra now became a unit of Arogya Care Foundation
