🚨 YOUR BREAKFAST IS FEEDING YOUR OVARIAN CYST 🚨

You stopped sugar.

But did you stop the insulin spikes?

Most women with ovarian cysts think they are eating healthy. Poha, upma, oats, cereals, bread, millet breakfasts — all seem healthy. But what most people don’t realize is that your body converts carbohydrates into glucose.

The question isn’t whether food becomes sugar.

The question is how much insulin your body needs to handle it.

A breakfast loaded with carbs but missing protein and healthy fats can create repeated insulin spikes, one of the biggest drivers behind hormonal imbalance and ovarian cyst growth.

Your breakfast is either feeding the problem or supporting recovery.

Choose wisely.

Comment “STOP” and connect with Team Healings to understand what’s really driving your ovarian cyst. #

Heavy Periods, Fibroids & Low Iron? It May Not Be Just About What You Eat.

Many women tell us, “I eat healthy, homemade food, take supplements, and still have fibroids, cysts, heavy periods, or low iron.”

The real question is not how much you eat. It’s how much your body absorbs.

Poor digestion, chronic stress, improper food combinations, nutrient deficiencies, and a sedentary lifestyle can all affect iron absorption and hormone balance.

A woman’s body follows a natural monthly rhythm. Just like the moon completes its cycle in 28 days, the body also needs proper nourishment, movement, circulation, and recovery to support healthy periods.

This is why Hatha Yoga is more than just a few poses.

✔️ First half of the cycle: Gentle Sukshma Vyayama, mobility, circulation, and breathwork.
✔️ After ovulation: Hip-opening practices, squats, lower-body strengthening, hamstring and calf work, and pelvic-focused movements.

Combined with adequate protein, healthy fats, minerals, iron-rich foods, and proper calorie intake, these practices help improve blood flow, support pelvic health, and build a stronger foundation for hormonal balance.

Healing is not a quick fix. It is a strategy.
