Have you ever felt like something was holding you back? I did.
For years, I struggled with self-doubt, emotional wounds, and feeling like I wasn’t “good enough.”
The 2-3 years of early 2010s shook me hard.
This struggle affected my relationships, career, and overall well-being.
I attracted negativity, felt constantly anxious, sad and disheartened.
I felt stuck in a negative cycle.
It was the month of June when My mother got diagnosed with Cancer with just few months of life with us. We were all shattered by seeing her reports.. Within just 6 months of illness, we lost the battle and lost Maa too. 😢
We lost The Backbone-The Support System of the family…
But then life is such- It changes but it never stops..
It was my another support system- My husband, My Hero who believed in the unseen, who believed in me healing my wounds.
He gifted me the most needed- Time and Space.. I decided to go on a Himalayan trek called Gaumukh Tapovan. A place from where holy Gangaji originates. The experiences I had on the trek lit a spark in me and made me want to understand myself better.
This path led me to yoga.
It was transformative.
Yoga, with its focus on body and mind, taught me profound lessons about inner balance and resilience.
I discovered how my inner state influences every aspect of my life.
The journey wasn’t easy.
It demanded confronting fears, healing old wounds, and learning to let go.
Yet, with each step, I felt lighter, stronger, and more aligned with my true self.
Today, yoga isn’t just a practice, it’s a way of life. And with “The Yoga And More” now I am spreading this way of life to the society. I am indebted to my Maa-Papa who has always inspired me to have good value system and kindness. Maa I am sure wherever you are, you are proud of me. Keep showing your blessings and love.. 🥰
I use yoga to nurture my well-being and guide others on their own journeys of self-discovery.
In this month of June when we celebrate International Day of Yoga, let’s celebrate the transformative power of yoga.
This is my journey, but I’m curious about yours.
Have you experienced the profound impact of yoga in your life?
