From the hills of Ukhrul, in the small locality of Mt. Sinaiāwhere resources were limited and opportunities scarceāa vision was born. It was a vision grounded in the belief that football could become a pathway for growth, discipline, and hope.
We began from the ground up, with minimal infrastructure, limited equipment, financial challenges, and very little experience. The journey was not easy, but it was one we took togetherāwith patience, resilience, and a strong belief in what we were building. Every small step forward was made possible through hard work, sacrifice, and the support of people who believed in this vision.
Today, we are proud to share a special milestone.
Becoming a 1 āļøAll India Football Federation(AIFF)-accredited academy is not just an achievement for usāit belongs to our entire community. It reflects the collective effort, dedication, and spirit of everyone who has been part of this journey. It also means that our players now have access to better opportunities, structured coaching across all age groups, greater exposure, and a clearer pathway to grow and compete at higher levels, including (AIFF ) Youth competitions.
For a small academy from the hills, this achievement carries even greater meaning. It stands as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together with purpose. It marks an important step toward raising the standard of football in our region and striving to compete with some of the best academies in the country.
Most importantly, this moment belongs to our Tangkhul Naga community. It is a proud milestone as the first and only academy from our region to receive All India Football Federation (AIFF) accreditation-a foundation for the younger generation to dream bigger and go further.
We humbly thank God Almighty for His grace and guidance throughout this journey. Without His blessings, none of this would have been possible.
With heartfelt gratitude, we extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who has been part of this journey. To our management team, whose patience and dedication guided the academy through every challenge; to our coaching staff, who have worked tirelessly to uphold standards and nurture young talent; to our players and students, whose passion and commitment have given life to this vision; to our parents, whose unwavering support has been the backbone of every childās growth; and to every well-wisher of the PEFA familyāyour encouragement and belief have been invaluable.
This achievement is not the endāit marks the beginning of a greater responsibility. Together, we will continue to grow, raise the standard, and build a stronger future for football in our community.
