🪑 How to Do Sarvangasana at Home (Using Sofa/Chair – like your setup)

✅ Setup:

* 1 sofa
* 1–2 pillows/bolster for neck support
* Blanket under shoulders

🔹 Steps:

1. Sit on the chair facing away from the sofa
2. Slowly lie back bringing legs onto sofa/chair
3. Adjust so your hips are slightly elevated
4. Place shoulders on cushion, neck free
5. Let arms relax on floor (palms down)
6. Keep legs straight & active
7. Stay for 1–5 minutes (beginners)

🔹 Breathing:

* Slow, deep breathing
* Inhale → expand chest
* Exhale → relax shoulders

🔹 Coming Out:

* Bend knees slowly
* Roll gently to one side
* Rest for few breaths
