Job profile

A gym manager has to oversee the safety and cleanliness of the gym.

He/She also has to make sure hygiene of the Gym and oversees the work of his/her staff.

The gym manager will be responsible for checking the equipment and other facilities offered by the gym and update the management about the same.

The Gym Manager will ensure that everything is in excellent working condition, and calls maintenance for repairs when necessary.

He/She will ensure that the customers are safe at the Gym.

The Gym Manager will be responsible for resolving problems and complaints very quickly.

He/She will also keep track of their attendance.

The gym manager will also be responsible for the marketing strategies like , trial memberships and other promotional offers to help build up the gym’s reputation.
Education and Training

Requirements
A Gym manager has to have a bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

The candidate must be interested in health and fitness. Extensive knowledge on the use of the facilities and equipment are a must.
