There are times when the gym is simply not an
option. It takes too much time, it's too far way, tooo
expensive, has too many people-or you just don't
like it! No matter the reason you're training at home,
you'd better believe you can lose weight and get fit
there! And we're not talking about one of those
homes that basically has a full gym set-up, either.
You can do it with nothing more than a few weights,
a mat, and an exercise band or two.
This program was designed for anyone looking to
lose weight at home who already has a few pieces
of exercise equipment and wants a workout routine
that combines resistance training with cardio. It can
be modified for any level of fitness. Use this program
to train exclusively at home, or as your emergency go
-to when you just can't make it to the gym.
The exercises in this program are adaptable to any
fitness level and include a variety of at-home
implements such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and
bands.
If you don't have weights, you can still make these
workouts work by getting creative with heavy items
from around the house such as canned goods, a pile
of books, or milk jugs full of water or sand. Use your
couch, your ottoman, or a sturdy chair as a bench, or
