This is something 5 months of consistency with hardwork can bring out. My hearty congratulations to on losing 34kg over this period.

He successfully changed his entire lifestyle and eating habits to get fit and being healthy and still continuing his journey. This is a proud moment for me being a part of the journey, Guiding him with proper nutritional advices and lifestyle changes to take his weight from 120kg all the way down to 86

Today onwards he changed his diet plan to a different one, in which he can primarily focus on gaining muscle rather than only losing fat. Let's wait for the magics he can do!!!

This study is a great example of this process at play โ€“ subjects performed either half squat or full squat 2x/ week for 10 weeks. Previous research has shown that half squats are better at activating the glutes.

Full squats were shown to induce much more glute growth than half squats. Full squats impose a greater stress on the hip, meaning the glutes have to work harder in a full squat. If you want to develop a nice, round peach, do some deep squats!!
