This is a 5 days per week workout routine with each day targeting different muscle groups. A sample workout schedule would look like this.

✅ Wednesday - Shoulder day
✅ Thursday - Back day
✅ Friday - Arms day
☑️ Saturday - Rest
☑️ Sunday - Rest

This is something 5 months of consistency with hardwork can bring out. My hearty congratulations to on losing 34kg over this period.

He successfully changed his entire lifestyle and eating habits to get fit and being healthy and still continuing his journey. This is a proud moment for me being a part of the journey, Guiding him with proper nutritional advices and lifestyle changes to take his weight from 120kg all the way down to 86

Today onwards he changed his diet plan to a different one, in which he can primarily focus on gaining muscle rather than only losing fat. Let's wait for the magics he can do!!!
