Yoga doesn’t begin when you step onto the mat.

how to breathe through discomfort,
how to pause before reacting,
how to let go,
how to observe ourselves,
and how to choose peace.✨
But life?
Life is where we practice it all. 🤍
Because walking away from an argument can be yoga.✨
Letting go of someone can be yoga.
Noticing your own defensiveness can be yoga.
Maybe yoga was never just about the poses.
Maybe it was always about who we become when life happens.🤗
