Physique Update!! 💪🏻😈
So in the month of Feb, I started with 2 workouts a day
Nothing to heavy on myself but weight training in the morning and light cardio in the evening.
I had totally lost control of things since Jan. but I’m glad to say that I’m getting back on track with everything that matters to me.
Not everyone will agree with 2 workouts per day. But I want to know what you guys think about it.
