It was a journey when I started when I was not even able to sit straight not even was able to touch my toe I was totally zero. I was totally blank and my wife was there for me who pushed me up made me do she helped me and slowly n steadily I was able to touch my toe tan to I was way behind tan I learnt from her and I learnt from my mistake but stil it was not enough. Though I was thinking that yoga is not for me but she made me understand she made me learnt she had put all the efforts behind me she treated me as a new student who was new for yoga she made me do slowly and gradually tan I use to give excuse to not to do yoga and all but this time I thought if u want to achieve anything focus is required and dedication tan I saw her dedication and I got inspired though slowly but coming on track.
This Asana was very tough for me one time as I get pain while keeping my knee straight as its gets lots of stretch so always my knee was getting bend before. So I saw her dedication and her focus and I said even I can do
Frankly says I am lazy I feel all this things is not for me but now I feel this is fun and it can be done so nicely and with good heart.
So I owe my small progress I dedicate to my inspiration who has inspired me who has made me good person who is trying hard on me for proper focus and without her I am like tap without water so my progress I would always dedicate to my wife she is the one who has always helped me.
