What started out as a simple idea💡has grown into something truly special.

Two years ago, we decided to hand out badges for the most consistent of the month to encourage attendance. 📊

Last year, we only gave out trophies 🏆 —to the most consistent of the year.

& this year, we hosted our very first awards ceremony—a little like the Dundees from The Office—full of laughter, love & pride. ❤️

A little spotlight for every member of this community. 📸
An award that resonates with their personality.
Something to remind them how beautiful it is — to be oneself.
Something to make them feel belonged. 🤗

We are overjoyed to share this evening as coaches & as founders, deeply grateful for all the support & faith these students have put in us. 🤝🏼

A huge, huge, huge thank you to ☕️ for being our venue partners & for helping us make this night so memorable. 🤍

Year after year, our Secret Santa with this community has been a tradition close to our hearts. 🎅🏼
This year, the response was beyond anything we imagined — overwhelming in the most beautiful way. ❣️
It was never about the gifts. It was about the anticipation & the joy, the warmth of feeling seen, loved & cared for by the people we sweat alongside. 🏋🏻‍♀️

At .thane, benchmarks are more than tradition — they’re a structured way for us to track growth 📈, set meaningful goals 🎯& continuously develop as individuals & as a community.

Months of dedicated training 🏋🏻‍♀️ go into preparing our athletes & shaping the performance benchmarks that come to life on event day. 🏆

As always— the energy on the floor was unmatched!
& more so, with some of our first-timers, came in an incredible surge of enthusiasm, reminding us how powerful fresh energy can be. ⚡
