Human group are constructed with relationships.So the relationship of students with parents,teachers and friends ought to be warm and purposive.in hte context of busy schedule of life majority of the relationships are not well maintained or not become warmth.In order to cope up with these situations and make the human relation stronger and effective,the emotional drives of

each individuals should be exposed and treated well.Other wise it will lead to psycho-social disturbances among children as well as parents like social withdrawals.This issue should be explored and strategic intervention have to be made in these areas. In this concern,we are inspired to give training for students in the base of evaluation and discussion with the help of counselors,psychologists and International HR trainer.
