*विनम्र श्रद्धांजल ,प्रवासी पंचायत दिल्ली प्रदेश, उत्तरांचल उत्थान परिषद द्वारा आज प्रख्यात प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक, समाजसेवी एवं उत्तराखंड के गौरव *स्वर्गीय डॉ. रविंद्र नेगी जी की पावन स्मृति में श्रद्धांजलि सभा आयोजित* की गई।
इस अवसर पर उपस्थित सभी सदस्यों ने उनके द्वारा समाज, जनस्वास्थ्य एवं उत्तराखंड के उत्थान के लिए किए गए अतुलनीय योगदान को भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए, उन्हें कोटि-कोटि नमन किया।
स्वं डाँ रविंद्र नेगी जी मूलतः ग्राम चोनलिया, द्वाराहाट (जिला अल्मोड़ा) के निवासी है आपने अपनी सरकारी सेवा के साथ-साथ प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा, जनस्वास्थ्य एवं सामाजिक जागरूकता के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया। उनका संपूर्ण जीवन सेवा, समर्पण और मानव कल्याण के लिए समर्पित रहा। वे उत्तरांचल उत्थान परिषद, प्रवासी पंचायत दिल्ली प्रदेश के सक्रिय स्तंभ रहे तथा पूर्व महामंत्री के रूप में उत्तराखंड प्रवासियों को संगठित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

Recognition Ceremony for the Successful Celebration of International Day of Yoga 2026

In recognition of the successful celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2026, a felicitation ceremony was held today in the Conference Hall of the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY). On this occasion, Navyog Nature Cure and Yoga Institute (Suryodaya Seva Samiti) was honoured for its valuable contribution. The award was received on behalf of the institute by its senior representatives, Mr. Krishna Kanhaiya, Ms. Bhavana Chaudhary, and Mr. Prateesh Maurya. Representatives from several renowned yoga institutions across the Delhi-NCR region also participated in the event.

The programme was chaired by Prof. (Dr.) Kashinath Samagandi, Director, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

In his presidential address, Prof. (Dr.) Samagandi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the yoga institutions that contributed to the successful observance of the International Day of Yoga 2026. He appreciated their collective efforts and stated that the Institute looks forward to their continued cooperation in future initiatives.

The event also featured addresses by Mr. Tayyab Alam, Communication & Documentation Officer and Officer-in-Charge (Deputy Director), MDNIY, and Dr. I. N. Acharya, Programme Officer (Yoga Therapy), who shared their views on the significance of collaborative efforts in promoting yoga.

During the programme, representatives of the participating yoga institutions shared their experiences and valuable suggestions, while expressing their deep appreciation for the initiatives undertaken by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

The programme concluded with the Director of MDNIY presenting certificates of appreciation to all the representatives in recognition of their contribution.

It was an honor to meet the Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Yoga Aayog, Respected Dr Raghvendra Sharma Ji. We had an in-depth discussion on the development of Navyoga and on training in Nada Yoga Therapy, with a focus on capacity building, research, and promotion. मध्य प्रदेश योग आयोग के माननीय अध्यक्ष आदरणीय डॉ. राघवेंद्र शर्मा जी से भेंट करना मेरे लिए गौरव का विषय रहा। इस अवसर पर नवयोग के विकास तथा नाद योग चिकित्सा के प्रशिक्षण पर विस्तृत एवं सार्थक चर्चा हुई। साथ ही, इस क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षण, अनुसंधान एवं प्रचार-प्रसार को सुदृढ़ बनाने के विभिन्न आयामों पर भी विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

जो अहंकार में कहता है, "मैं सबसे ऊँचा हूँ", समय उसे यह अवश्य दिखा देता है कि उससे भी ऊँचे अनेक शिखर हैं। तब उसका अहंकार चिंता, असुरक्षा और भय में बदल जाता है।

परंतु नादयोगी ऊँचाई की दौड़ नहीं दौड़ता। वह केवल अपने व्यक्तित्व, चरित्र और चेतना को निरंतर परिष्कृत करता है। क्योंकि नादयोग का लक्ष्य दूसरों से ऊँचा होना नहीं, बल्कि स्वयं से श्रेष्ठ होना है।

The one who, in arrogance, proclaims, "I am the highest," is eventually shown by time that there are countless peaks higher than his own. In that moment, arrogance transforms into anxiety, insecurity, and fear.

Lieutenant General (Retd.) Gurmit Singh Witnessed the Historic Transformation from 'Raj Bhavan' to 'Lok Bhavan' During His Continuous Tenure

The tenure of Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Gurmit Singh has been remarkable in many respects. He is among the longest-serving Governors to have held office continuously in the state's history. Throughout his tenure, he not only discharged his constitutional responsibilities with dignity and commitment but also made a sincere effort to understand Uttarakhand's rich cultural heritage, historical identity, unique geography, and the aspirations of its people.

Over the years, his bond with the land and the people of Uttarakhand grew so strong that it was difficult to perceive him as someone who was not originally from the state. His humility, simplicity, and approachable nature earned him widespread affection and respect among the people.

One of the defining milestones of his tenure was witnessing the historic transformation of Raj Bhavan into Lok Bhavan.
