Hard work never fails...after a huge let down or misfortune i must say, our coach moved up and competed against 75 kg bodybuilders though he is a 70kg guy. Our coach stood toe to toe with the bigger category guys his outstanding muscle condition and blade like lines/straitions earned him a bronze medal in 53rd Asian bodybuilding competition. Champ for a reason💪💪
