MY back day routine:
1.Deadlifts
2.Barbell rows
3.Dumbell rows bent over a bench for upper back
4.Dumbell pull over
5.Wide grip lat pull
6.Close grip lat pull
Each exercise is of 6 sets.Each set is approximately 8 to 10 reps with optimum weight.Deadlift is done with a different strategy.For deadlifts, I tend to keep the reps between 3 to 5 and keep piling weights till my 1RM.
