"Hi! My name is Dr. Shefali and I live in United States. I work as a clinical pharmacist at a John Hopkins Hospital. I wanted to lose some weight for a while but lacked motivation to do it. Last year when I saw a picture of Sir’s past client who lost weight, it motivated me to do it for myself. That’s when I decided to work with Rajesh Sir and start my journey towards weight loss. I worked with Sir for little over four months and throughout this time Rajesh sir showed full commitment towards me which continued to encouraged me to push myself. Everyday I sent my weight to sir after which we talked on the phone and Sir would give me my diet plan for that day. Along with strict diet, I also exercised three times a week. Each week Sir would send me exercise video which helped me do the exercise in the correct form. I am really thankful to Rajesh Sir for believing that I could do this and for all his time, dedication and hard work he showed towards me."

We are happy to announce that Fit n’ Fun is reopening on Monday 31st August, 2020!

The safety of our members being our top priority, we will make sure that all the precautionary measures are taken so that you can workout without any worries and boost your immunity. Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the studio. Till then stay safe, eat healthy!

It is mandatory for all students to carry their face mask, face shield , sanitiser, hand towel, water bottle and mat,shoes.
