It took guts to reach the glory ✨

For a girl whose dreams were tagged as 'too high' or 'impossible', it was a long and tough journey. But I chose to stay silent, my head down into learning and becoming better every single day and most importantly connecting to the spiritual roots.

The answers are always within us. And they can be reached once we quiet our mind. ✨🎶

Dedicating this recognition to my parents .dipti1965 and my son , whose belief and support made this journey possible ❤️. And of course, I can never forget the love of my siblings and , who gave me strength every step of the way. And my dearest AYAAN, whose laughter and kisses made my life joyful 🥰

3 things I wish to tell my Younger Self

1) BE GUIDED BY YOUR VALUES
There are going to be numerous events when future will look pale. Thats ok! It’s time to take a break and connect with who you really are and why you chose the path in the first place. Connect with your dreams, aspirations and values that makes you unique.

2) CHOOSE JOY ABOVE PROFITS
Making monetary success is short-lived unless there is a selfless service attached with it.Success is empty without those smiling bright eyes and cheers of your loved ones. So choose wisely.

3) FAIL - FAIL WITH PRIDE
Failure plays the most important role in your success. Fail with pride, fail hard. Because that proves that you are trying. Never be afraid. Because winners are only those people who tried 1 more time.

Don't fall into this trap ❌

The shiny object syndrome is found in 89% of the youth these days. They tend to follow what's trending, choose the shortcut and ultimately in the long run fall in pits drastically.

In life there is absolutely no short cut. It's all about hard work with goals and strategy. And to gain that, we will always require soft skills and hard skills that make the difference between the ordinary and the legacy creators.

Kunal Shah rightly said - "If youth gets fame without skill, getting skilled feels pointless and only hurts in the long run."

As Leaders of any Industry, let's choose to mentor these youth whenever possible. If you ever find someone who may have lost their path and guiding them right seem to be the solution for their bright future, then take that step forward and be their friend/guide/mentor.

After all, Leaders always empower Leaders 🏆🌟🔝
