Dr Narinder Dhruv Batra made history by winning election to become IOC Member. It is a very rarest occasion and may be the only Indian Sports Administrator to be President of Indian Olympic Association, President of International Hockey Federation and at the same time elected as IOC Member. A historic day for Indian Sports.
