As our (Archit Das, Deputy Minister, Param Shah, Deputy Minister, Sanjna Sridhar, Deputy Minister, and Aisha Lowe, Minister) term with the ministry comes to an end, we’d like to thank the entire student body, captains, teams, Sports Office, and Office of Student Affairs, for supporting our initiatives this year.
We shifted our focus from events to policy, inclusivity, and small-scale initiatives for larger-scale impact. In doing so, we (our wonderful team) managed to conduct the Athlete-Mentorship program, women’s cricket training, blind football/cricket mini events, sensitization workshops, and among others, our newest challenge - BitFit 1.0.
We hope you felt sports at Ashoka become a little more inclusive, accessible, and proactive this year, and as we step down from our term, we wish the new candidates applying the best of luck.
