Some pause work at full range after very long time.... resting bar for micro sec completely at the bottom, and lifting it again challanges your core, stability and Rate of force development to the greater extent... Needless to say it looks graceful af... So next time you sqaut, get that ass as down as possible*.. relax for a sec, brace your core and get up..
*Always work on your mobility before going full range with the weights.
