Your health is an investment, not an expense.

Visiting hospitals today reveals an alarming reality—overcrowded corridors filled with people battling preventable lifestyle diseases and chronic conditions like cancer. In an era where food trends and ultra-processed diets are normalized online, prioritizing what goes into your body and staying physically active is no longer optional; it is vital.

Key Daily Habits to Protect Your Health:

Move daily: Build cardiovascular endurance, agility, and functional strength through consistent training.

Eat fresh: Avoid repeatedly storing and reheating old meals from the fridge.

Ditch plastics: Minimize toxic chemical exposure by eliminating plastic storage and containers.

Be mindful: Don’t let online food hypes dictate your long-term health.

Take control of your daily routine before your body forces you to. Train hard, eat clean, and stay healthy.

What if being the best at 14 tells you very little about who will be the best at 24?

It was incredible to hear from Manisha Malhotra, Manisha Malhotra, one of India’s top sports administrators and President of Inspire Institute of Sport at the third edition of Raising An Athlete Talk Series.

One of her sharpest observation cut through one of sport’s most persistent myths - that early success is a reliable predictor of future greatness. Manisha shared using some powerful data points, how sport is less a sprint to early recognition and more a marathon defined by patience, resilience and sustained development over time. Junior rankings, age-group titles and the label of “child prodigy” often dominate headlines and conversations, creating the impression that the future has already been decided, yet history repeatedly shows that many of the athletes who ultimately reach the highest levels are not always the ones standing on top of the podium at 14.

She had an important message for parents and athletes - the challenge is not simply getting ahead early, but remaining committed to the process, navigating setbacks, growth spurts, changing circumstances and years of incremental progress in pursuit of long-term potential.
