A club dedicated to promote football & cricket along with other team sports like volleyball. They are committed to reigniting the club's spirit and dreams.

Our aim will always be to provide a solid platform to young talents. Hill Boys United Club, formerly known as Hill Boys United FC, was founded in Kolkata in 2009 by a collective of youth hailing from the hills of Darjeeling and Sikkim. Comprising college students and professionals from various industries, they were united by their passion for football. Initially engaging in friendly matches with l

ocal Kolkata teams and students from other North Eastern states of India, the group soon recognized the potential to formalize their efforts, leading to the establishment of Hill Boys United. Over time, as some members returned to their hometowns and pursued different careers, the club gradually disbanded, existing only as a Facebook group bearing its name, with no active matches played. Now, after many years since its last game, dedicated members who believe in continuing the legacy of Hill Boys United have joined forces. Football was the only sport played by the club in its initial days. Now, the members feel it is also necessary to include other sports. Hence, the club's name has been changed to "Hill Boys United Club." Initially, the focus will be on football, cricket, and volleyball. As the club progresses, we plan to include more sports and games.

Another Victory 🏏✅

A solid all-round performance today as Hill Boys United defeated CABT Bermoik by 40 runs in the Intra Sikkim Tennis T20 Cricket Tournament 2025–26 organised by Namgaythang Cricket Club.

Batting first, HBUC posted 160 runs with valuable contributions from:

Yogen Lepcha – 45
Bishal Pradhan – 43
Pappu Adhikari – 39

In reply CABT Bermoik were bowled out for 120 runs.

Defending the total, the bowlers delivered a disciplined performance. A special mention to Deepraj Sharma who was named Man of the Match for his outstanding spell in which he took 5 wickets for just 9 runs in 4 overs.

With this win we have entered the quarter finals.

A comprehensive 85-run win for us today at Sang in the Inter Sikkim Tennis T20 Cricket Tournament. Hill Boys posted 142 runs in 20 overs and then restricted NJSS Bas Elekha to just 57.

It was a disciplined bowling performance by the team, with Navin Pradhan leading from the front and all the bowlers contributing to defend the total.

The middle order chipped in with lovely cameos, with special mention to Bimal S***a, who scored 42 runs.

Navin Pradhan was declared Man of the Match for his outstanding spell, picking up 5 wickets in 3 overs while conceding only 6 runs.

Update 🏏

After much thought and discussions with senior players, we have decided to withdraw from the Brotherhood Series. The unpredictable tournament schedule, along with a few other reasons that we prefer not to list here, forced us to arrive at this tough decision.

Thank you to all our supporters and well-wishers for their continued support. We will soon update you on the next assignment of our cricket team.

Best wishes to the Sikkim State Team for the 79th Santosh Trophy campaign. The boys along with the technical staff departed for Shillong today, where the tournament begins on 19 December.

Brilliant start to our campaign in the Brotherhood Series as we clinched the opening match against Gorkhali Vikings CC by 4 wickets.

Batting first, Gorkhali Vikings were bowled out for 116 runs in 17.3 overs. Hill Boys chased down the target in 15.5 overs, finishing at 120 for 6.

Faizan Khan top-scored for us with a brilliant 77 and was named Player of the Match, while Kul Bahadur Chettri impressed with 4 wickets.

Hill Boys United flag flying high on Saturday at the opening ceremony of the Brotherhood Series, a unique one-of-its-kind multi-sports event which will run till December.

Our team will participate in the cricket discipline and take on Gorkhali Vikings CC on 12th October 2025.

It's been exactly 2 months today since we lifted the 'D' Division Men's Club Tournament 2025 organised by the Sikkim Cricket Association.

Congratulations once again to all our players. This was a huge milestone for the club.
