Gym start karna easy hai, lekin beginners aksar kuch common galtiyan kar dete hain jo progress slow kar deti hain. Ye 5 sabse badi mistakes hain:
1. Sirf heavy weight uthane ki jaldi
Shuru me log ego me aake zyada weight utha lete hain. Result → injury + wrong form.
👉 Pehle form perfect karo, phir dheere weight badhao.
2. Warm-up skip karna
Seedha heavy set start kar dena body ke liye shock hota hai.
👉 5–10 min light cardio + stretching zaroor karo.
3. Diet ko ignore karna
Gym me 1 ghanta aur baaki 23 ghante galat khana → result nahi aayega.
👉 Protein + balanced diet must hai (dal, paneer, eggs, etc.)
4. Consistency na rakhna
2–3 din josh me, fir gap… isse kuch nahi hota.
👉 Regular 4–5 din/week hi real progress deta hai.
5. Har din same body part train karna
Sirf chest/biceps roz marna → imbalance + slow growth.
👉 Proper workout split follow karo (chest, back, legs, etc.)
