The Secunderabad Club is one of the five oldest Clubs in India. It started off as an exclusive Club for the nobility of Hyderabad and Officers of the British Cantonment. It was the hunting lodge of Sir Salar Jung I the then Prime Minister of Hyderabad state. Organizational coherence and strict obedience to its code of conduct has resulted in the Club being rated among the finest Clubs for Indian G

entlemen and their families. The Club boasts of excellent dining, reading, indoor and outdoor sports with its own cricket field and other recreational facilities. Some of the unique features include Petrol Bunk (Fuel Station), Printing Press, Bank & Laundry. It may be the only Members Club to have its own dedicated Sailing Annexe. The Club also offers excellent facilities for organizing social gatherings by its Members. The Managing Committee of the Club is elected in a true democratic fashion and is committed to continue the fine traditions of our Club.
