In 17th Century there took birth a demon in the name of raktabahu. He was destroying temples in and created great trouble in the hearts of religionists and spirutualists alike. This story is very famous and the foundation for many lilas which happen everyday in Jagannath temple in the Simanta Dvipa of Mayapur Village.

This series will take you on a ride and show you what situations the devotees went through and how the Lord Jagannath save the devotees and his temple from the onslaught of Raktabahu. This leela is mentioned in the Navadvipa mandala parikrama in Mayapur Iskcon temple written by Bhakti purushottam swami. This video series is an offering to my spiritual master A.C Bhakti Vedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.
