Dear new moms 🤍
Your body doesn’t need punishment, it needs patience.

Start with breath.
Rebuild your core.
Nourish, not restrict.

Postpartum recovery isn’t about “bouncing back” ….it’s about rebuilding strength, healing, and supporting your body after a huge transition. A smart mix of Pilates + nutrition can do exactly that.

Intermittent fasting may work for some, but postpartum bodies need nourishment, not restriction.

Fasting after pregnancy can spike cortisol, affect milk supply, disrupt periods, and leave you feeling exhausted. Instead of skipping meals, focus on balanced nutrition every 3–4 hours with protein, fiber, vegetables, and complex carbs to support recovery and sustainable fat loss.

Your body has just created life give it the fuel it truly needs.

You can love your baby deeply and still not feel like yourself—and that doesn’t make you weak. Postnatal depression is real, common, and something many mothers go through silently.

Recognising the signs early, opening up to someone you trust, and taking small, manageable steps can make a meaningful difference. Whether it’s getting a few minutes of fresh air, asking for help, or simply talking about how you feel—every step counts.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Support, understanding, and recovery are all possible.

Self-care after birth isn’t a luxury it’s a necessity. Taking care of your body and mind is what allows you to show up fully for your baby.

From nourishing meals and hydration to giving your mind a few quiet moments and asking for help when you need it—these small actions build real recovery. You don’t have to do everything alone, and you’re not meant to.

A well-rested, supported, and cared for mother is the strongest foundation a child can have.

Doing everything right… but still not losing weight? 🤯
It’s not your fault.

Fat loss post-pregnancy is not just about diet & exercise — it’s deeper than that.

Here’s what might be holding you back 👇

❌ Eating too less → slows metabolism
❌ Poor sleep → increases cortisol (fat storage)
❌ Thyroid imbalance → common post pregnancy
❌ Only cardio → muscle loss = slower metabolism
❌ Constant stress → blocks fat loss
❌ Breastfeeding phase → body stores fat as reserve

Your body isn’t working against you…
it’s protecting you.

✨ Focus on healing, nourishing, and balancing your body — not punishing it.

Real results come when you fix:
✔️ Hormones
✔️ Sleep
✔️ Stress
✔️ Nutrition

Not just calories burned.

Your body just went through one of the most powerful transformations possible—now it’s time to restore, rebuild, and support your recovery. From replenishing iron levels to strengthening bones and supporting brain health, the right nutrients can make a real difference in how you feel every day.

Take care of yourself with the same intention you give your baby, because your healing matters just as much as their growth. Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement.

Diet alone isn’t always enough after pregnancy, your body needs extra support to recover and nourish your baby

From iron to omega-3s, these essential supplements help rebuild strength, support mental health, and improve overall recovery. But remember, every body is different, so never self-prescribe. Always check your levels first and take what *you* truly need.

Jumping back into exercise too soon after pregnancy can do more harm than good
your body needs time to heal

Here’s a simple timeline to guide your recovery safely:

• Weeks 1–2: Complete rest. Your body is healing—minimal movement like walking to the bathroom is enough.
• Weeks 3–6: Start gentle walking. Begin with 10 minutes and slowly increase, but stop if there’s discomfort.
• After 6 weeks (normal delivery): With your doctor’s clearance, add light stretching, deep breathing, and Kegels. Avoid running, jumping, or heavy lifting.
• 8–12 weeks (especially after C-section): Focus on rebuilding core strength but only after medical clearance.
• After 6 months: Gradually return to workouts like yoga, Pilates, and strength training.

Every body heals differentlylisten to yours and don’t rush the process

Save this before you start your fitness journey!

Your hormones take a sudden dip after delivery and that’s completely normal, but it can feel overwhelming

This rapid drop in estrogen and progesterone can lead to mood swings, anxiety, poor sleep, and even postpartum depression. The good news? Small daily habits can make a big difference.

Start your day with 10 minutes of sunlight. It helps boost serotonin, improves vitamin D levels, and supports better sleep all of which play a role in balancing your hormones.

Next, add deep breathing exercises to your routine. Even 30 mindful breaths a day can activate your body’s relaxation response and reduce stress hormones.

Stay consistent with these simple practices, and you’ll begin to feel the shift in your mood and energy
