Studying and paying attention to the behavior of ourself, our relatives and others around us is natural meditation. We do not have the right to decide how others should or should not behave, but we do have the right to decide what changes we should make in ourselves by observing their right or wrong behavior. This action or karma is continuous, it can also change, yesterday's friends become today's enemies or enemies become friends.

Timeless State

We have divided time into the past, present, and future for the purpose of practical daily life and measuring time.

In reality, only the present moment is true, while the past and future are imaginary. We store old memories as well as future plans in our minds. Without those memories, the very foundation of the past and future ceases to exist.

The daily actions we perform by constantly dwelling on past memories and future plans are not genuinely new actions, nor are they acts of fresh creation. The true, genuine action is that which happens in our lives right now in the present, completely unburdened by thoughts of the past or plans for the future.

Just as internal bodily functions happen seamlessly without our conscious thought, there is a natural system in place for essential external tasks to happen just as smoothly. However, our selfish mind has accumulated so much external clutter that no matter how much work the body does, the mind remains unsatisfied.

Our mind cannot realise the present moment unless it is stored in memory, then it becomes past. Universe is timeless but our mind has imagined it into past, present and future.

Human beings have evolved from other animals. The vices of animals like lust, anger etc. have come into them. The vices in them have gained more strength due to contact with fire!

Due to ego, most of us are
ignorant of the evils within us!!

A person who gets the knowledge of the vices within us easily gets rid of them!!!

Is there a God or not? What is truth? What is the most appropriate method of meditation?

Many people have expressed their various opinions on these topics, so it is not possible to understand what is true by listening to others. For this, we will have to give up all their opinions, that is, their authority. Unless all previous differences of opinion disappear, we will not be able to touch what is true. Truth is always there, but we cannot understand it because of our nature of taking the guidance of others.

Releasing the burden of previous traditional beliefs is a task of a moment, otherwise it will not be possible to shed it throughout our lives.

Whenever we experience something, that information is transmitted through our sense organs and brain to be stored in our memory alongside all past data. When we recall or express these experiences, our memory projects this stored information—and this projection is what we call 'thought.' The concept of 'Me' (the ego) is simply one of these thoughts, which sustains itself by continuously referencing other stored memories.

On a broader scale, energy, matter, and life on Earth all evolved from a fundamental universal consciousness. This consciousness does not actively think, plan, create, or destroy. Instead, everything within it unfolds naturally, governed either by spontaneous occurrence or by laws that have developed within a timeless universe.

We, meaning the inner mental doer within us, make all decisions in life with the help of thoughts.

Because we are ignorant of this "I" which is our mental doer, we casually refer to it as the soul, even though there is absolutely no evidence of the soul's existence.

We never investigate the system through which thinking occurs, nor do we ever ponder what exactly a thought is. And yet, we make all our decisions by thinking. Decisions made in ignorance and born out of an ignorant mind lead to despair and sorrow in our lives.

All we know about thought is that the brain performs the function of thinking. However, we do not investigate how the brain carries out that function.

In understanding what thought is, one discovers the "I"—the inner mental doer. In understanding the "I" and its thoughts, the state of truth is realized, which eliminates ignorance from life and causes the shadow of sorrow to vanish.

When our body and its senses receive an experience, images of that experience are created and stored in our memory via the senses and the brain. Memories emerge from this storage in the form of thoughts. Therefore, all thoughts belong to the past. Since some time elapses between the actual experience and the creation of its thought, this mental time and thought are two sides of the same coin. When thoughts emerge from memory, one of those thoughts begins to perceive itself as the doer, the "I." This is what has been mistakenly referred to in scriptures as the soul, the witness, or the seer. This mental observer, which is merely a reaction of memory, is not real; it is temporary, and therefore, it is an illusion. This observer within the memory observes other images of past recollections and their scenes from same memory storage, narrates the present experience or old memories. Since both the observer and the observations are parts of memory, they are one and the same—merely past images and their thoughts. Because mental time, the mental "I," the seer, the seen, thoughts, and the imaginations created by thoughts are not real, they are considered as false.

Whereas The world that exists apart from mental time, the mental "I," the seer, the seen, thought, and the imaginations created by thought, is the truth, because it exists in reality.

Time, Thoughts, Concepts.

In infinite eternity, the measurement of time holds no real meaning. However, for the human beings on planet Earth, measuring time became essential for their vital tasks and daily transactions. Yet, from these physical realities and essential needs, our mind also creates illusory concepts.

Psychological thoughts and psychological imagination require psychological time. From these arise thoughts of insecurity, fear, and the need for self-defense. The moment psychological thought begins, psychological time starts. Therefore, psychological time and thought are one and the same—being part of memory, they are illusory. The feeling of insecurity and fear arising from this time-bound thinking is also an illusion. As a remedy for this, the mind has created systems like Gods, nationalism, religions, and the family structure. Even though these psychological and illusory systems have existed for thousands of years, human society still does not feel secure. On the contrary, it is these very illusory systems that have caused immense harm to humanity.

Realisation the Truth of Illusions is the ending of it !
