♦️ Advance traning batch :-

*Start Date:* 01-05-2023
*End Date:* 09-06-2023

Intermediate traning batch :-

*Start Date:* 01-05-2023
*End Date:* 31-05-2023

Training Hours :-

○Intermediate :- 3 hours.
Morning fitness ( not including in camp session)

Court session 3 hours.
Strength training ( off court ) 1 hour.

○Advance :- 6 hrs.
Morning fitness ( not including in camp session)

Court session 6 hours. ( morning 2 hours 2 session evening 1 hours)
Strength training ( off court ) 1 hour.

Sunday Activities ☀️ ( _trekking, hiking, adventure activities_ )
