We finished as Runners-up in the NCA Tournament.
We didn’t come into the tournament expecting to win; our main focus was on showing intensity on the field—especially in how we reacted while fielding and collected the ball.
Day 1 was tough, with poor fielding and lack of coordination.
On Day 2, the boys stepped up. There was visible improvement in fielding, and we began to show better control and composure under pressure.
By Day 3, it was a completely different team. I was truly impressed—our fielding was sharp, our batting was disciplined, we restricted the opposition to a low score, and the overall impact was fantastic and extraordinary. It felt like something inside me had been built through this journey with these guys.
In the Final, we brought the same intensity and mindset onto the field. Unfortunately, we couldn’t cross the line and ended up losing the match.
Even so, the tournament was a great learning experience. The transformation from Day 1 to Day 4 was remarkable. The quality of cricket improved massively, and our boys showed significant progress in bowling, batting, fielding, and catching.
Proud of the effort, growth, and fighting spirit of this team. 🏏🔥💯
