Abhi haal filhaal mein ek video viral hua tha jismein ek dost LEG-PRESS lagtey hue injured ho jaata hai .Kaafi sab dosto ke messages aaye ki aapka kya kehna hai uss video ke liye....
Chaliye kuch gaalitiyaan jo uss dost ne ki pehle unki baat karte hai
1) Pairon ki placement LEG PRESS BOARD par kaafi neechey ki taraf thi. Bole toh jyda weight jo hai vo pair ka agle hissey par tha
2) Pair upar le jakar LOCK kar diye jis se saara STRESS/LOAD Knee cap par aaya...aur Socket se pair nikal gya
3) Jarurat se jyda weight load kiya hua tha.Kyun mere dost kyun ?
Hawabazzi har jagah dikhaney ki nhi hoti :P
4) Proper warm-up-Stretching ki bhi kahin na kahin kmi thi .Ek heavy load par jaane ki liye body ko ek certain temperature par hona chahiye .
Suggestions
1) Acchey se warm-up bahut hi jaruri hai
2) Aur fir acchey se Stetrching
3) Leg Press BOARD par pairon ko rakhney ki shi placement aap foto mein dekh saktey hai
4) Aaukat-anusar wajan badhya karein. Shi tarika pta hai kya hai ...har training mein aapko pichli jo training ki thi uska maximum 10% jyda tak weight load bdha saktey hai.
5) Pairon ko lock bikul na kijiyga .Poorey straight hone se pehle hi next rep shuru kar de.
6) Dost wajan ke sath hawabaazi bilkul bhi na karein. EK bhool aapke jeewan mein JEEWAN-Parvartaniye chot de sakti hai.
