Local Pahadi boy Rishabh Mingwal under mentorship of reached 2nd cut off at Chirbatiya top covering 52kms in 5:42 only. He has to now cover another 50.3 kms or 25kms minimum in 6:18 to earn his GTR3.0 Temple Bell. He is running Run the Sun.

Start line vibes at Koteshwar Mahadev temple at Rudraprayag for GTR 2.0 was electric. Though it was a small group but locals came out to see what these bunch of runners were attempting to do. After the breaking of coconuts at the start line by the two ladies and , the race was on!
