I am earnestly grateful to have been included in the list of top 2% scientists worldwide based on the assessment of their career-long citation impacts of their publications from Scopus Database published by scientists from Stanford University [Ioannidis JPA, Boyack KW, Baas J (2020) Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators. Centre for Science and Environmental Research (CSER), Roorkee jointly with ENVIS Hub, Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board, Dehradun, successfully conducted Certificate Course on Pollution Monitors (Air and Water) at Roorkee under Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP) of Govt. of India, to enable youth to get gainful employment and/or self-employment. The Certificate Course was sponsored by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Govt. of India. Green skills contribute to preserving or restoring environmental quality for sustainable future and imparting skill sets for greener transformation will generate employment opportunities and strengthen our resolve to conserve and preserve the priceless environment.
