6 out of 6 & The League Phase Ends Like This.

Today our captain won the toss and decided to bat first. It was again a blistering start from both of our openers as they put on a partnership of 72 in just 6 overs. Pritam Mukherjee got out of 19 runs but Rishav Pandey played a brilliant knock of 65 runs. Arnav Biswas's 27 and rest of the batting order scored quite a few to put up a target of 167 for B.C.CO

In response Shekhar Paul & Debojit Dey bowled tightly. Rishav, Santanu, Rahul & Shubhajit all bowled with discipline.

Shekhar took 2 and Rahul took 4 wickets which turned out to be a match-winning bowling spell.

B.C.C.O finished the match 50 runs short & Rishra Town Club Qualified for the knockouts as group champion.

Now all is set for the knockouts. The quarter final will be hard & our boys will play hard for sure. Let's keep the momentum in our next match. Come on BOYS' 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

5 Star Performance as We won 5 out of 5. Knockout qualification confirm but the fight is still on for top spot.

Today against BKGS, our captain again won the toss and elected to bat first.

The start was not a good one as our in-form opener Rishav & Shekhar got out very quickly. But Pritam Mukherjee & Sujit Das put together a brilliant 110 runs partnership. Sujit got out on 60 after playing brilliantly & Pritam scored 80 which helped us to put a big score of 219.

In response BKGS never got the momentum going as Shekhar & Debojit bowled brilliantly. Debojit Dey bowled a fiery spell and took 4 wickets.

Now we have to make sure that we win the last match of the group league and carry this momentum through to the knockouts.

Let's play hard boys... Keep it up 🔥

Today against Kohinoor Sporting another big win.

Debajit Dey won the toss and elected to bat first on a cold day. The start was not good as Rishav departed early. Pritam Mukherjee & Arpan steadied the innings.
Arpan's 83, Pritam's 36, Bhowmick's 26 & Debojit's 22 helped us to post a total of 208 in 20 overs

In response Kohinoor Sporting lost wickets at regular intervals. Shekhar, Debojit, Rahul, Santanu & Arpan bowled brilliantly & restricted Kohinoor Sporting for 135.

It was a big win but our catching is still a part of concern. Hope our team will rectify it sooner than later. Next is BKGS on 10th January. Come On boys, let's play hard. ❤️😍

S Balaram Bati is a tough opponent always and they played hard tough cricket this time also.
Electing to bat first Balaram Bati scored 164 in 20 overs with just losing 3 wickets. Debojit & Shekhar bowled brilliantly but the rest of the bowling department was not disciplined at all.

In reply Rishav & Pritam Mukherjee provided a solid start once again. Rishav scored a brilliant 61 as the opening partnership was of 84 runs in just 6 overs.

We lost both the openers in quick succession but Arpan, সুজিত দাস played sensible cricket to chase the target.

Next up Kohinoor... Let's play hard boys' 🫡

2nd League match of the season & guess what, a record breaking day. Against NPBBBS our skipper Debajit Dey won the toss and elected to bat.

After that it was all about Rishav & Pritam show today. They simply out played the opponent bowlers and put together a record 286 runs opening partnership. Rishav scored 156* in just 56 balls while Pritam Mukherjee scored his maiden century (112 in 58 balls).

In reply NPBBBS got bundled out for only 100.
It was a big 198 runs victory for us as our Captain Debajit Dey took 3 wickets for only 8 runs.

Strong & Statement win over the opponent. Now looking forward for the next match.

Rishra Town Club's season has kick-started with a dominating win against Mahesh Chatra Samity.

In the first league match of the season, our captain won the toss and elected to bat first. After a steady start Rishra Town Club posted a total of 195 in 20 overs.
Rishav Pandey 58(32), Indranil Sen 32(62), Pritam Mukherjee 28(14) helped the team to post the big total.

In response Mahesh Chatra Samity never looked comfortable.
Debojit, Sekhar, Santanu, Rahul, Shubhajit all the bowlers bowled well and Rishra Town Club won by a comfortable 65 runs.

Looking forward to the next game.
